Vi går 21 år tillbaka i tiden, till en konsert i Liverpool den 27 juni 1996. Då sjöng Dylan om när han ska måla sitt mästerverk. Jag vet inte om han gjort det vid det här laget eller om han ännu har det någonstans djupt inom sig. Vad jag vet är att han framförde den låten väldigt bra den där kvällen i Liverpool.
